Weekend starts out beachy-keen in N.Y.C

Up in the Bronx, Betty Smalls and Madeline Hall, 57-year-old twins, were in Van Cortlandt Park under a canopy, setting up for a family reunion picnic, with 50 aunts, uncles and cousins expected from as far away as Ohio and Virginia. "We're planning on cooking and having a good time," Betty said. "It's good for the family to get together," said Madeline.
